The Foodservice Team from Parmalat Australia made their presence known at the Foodservice Australia Show in Melbourne this week. It is a trade only event where the Industry comes together to highlight the latest trends, both locally and globally, and it was an opportunity for us to showcase our ever expanding Foodservice portfolio.
With over 8,000 Industry professionals visiting over the 3-day event we were able to demonstrate our products and importantly have the crowds taste some of our delicious creations. Highlights of the event included our café specific White Milk range under our Pauls Professional brand, the perfect accompaniment to every great coffee. This range was of course sampled on the stand from our barista and the feedback was overwhelming – “best coffee at the Expo” was a regular call out.
The team also introduced the crowds to our speciality and everyday range of cheeses which are under our President, Galbani and Lemnos brands on enormous cheese platters. Our cheese knowledge is #1 in the business and our range is extensive, including fetta, haloumi, camembert, brie, bocconcini as well as the more familiar products of cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan. The platters were definitely a crowd pleaser and if you check out the images you can see why.
It was a great event to be part of, further illustrating the strength of our Foodservice Team and product range.
