Vince commenced with Parmalat in 1987 and held a variety of finance and accounting roles culminating as Group Chief Accountant in the nineties. Subsequent roles were undertaken in milk supply, manufacturing and procurement before becoming General Manager Supply and subsequently General Manager Commercial Development in 2003 provided wide ranging exposure to the whole business. In 2011 Vince became General Manager Supply Chain with responsibility for milk supply, procurement, demand and supply planning, logistics and national distributor operations.
Vince has a Bachelor of Business, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (Mt Eliza).
