To celebrate and empower female talent in our  workplace, Parmalat is proud to run an important diversity program entitled “Women in Parmalat”.


This program is aimed at enabling women to reach their potential by providing a fair place of work with opportunities for advancement, coaching and development in an environment where ideas are encouraged.  Greater workplace diversity has been a long running commitment for Parmalat, and formalisation of support through a company sponsored program is a great example of how this goal is tangibly being brought to life.  The Women In Parmalat program is not a one time project, but rather a long term approach that typifies “how things are done around here”.


Women In Parmalat is a support and development forum – providing an opportunity to share Parmalat’s existing diversity success stories, as well as creating events and networking opportunities.
